Leybourne Chase community organisation update August 2019

Leybourne Grange Management Community Interest Company was set up some years ago by Taylor Wimpey in order to fulfil their development agreement obligations.

The organisation, known as Leybourne Chase Community (LGM CIC), will in due course own and manage community land and facilities including the community centre and sports pavilion for and on behalf of residents. Resident directors will be appointed in advance of that time.

Residents are encouraged and welcome to become involved, by engaging with any of the already established Community voluntary groups, via a place on the board of Directors or by setting up a new Community group. If you have something you feel you would like to do and need help and support please contact us.

Not everyone has the time to volunteer or run groups and there are many other ways to engage in the Leybourne chase Community whether you are using the woodland walks, walking in the walled garden, attending events and activities or by joining one of the clubs using the sports facilities.
